Īt the end the solution is simple : use TB for what it does. a pin in the ass when it's about security concerns for many companies who do not allow syncing to external private unmanaged systems owned by a company making money on collecting data.
In the same way, i will not sync TB until it supports Office365 Outlook calendar sync as Google is. and i am still here using The Brain i just didn't use it in the meantime for some other international groups projects that i had needing such features, especially in a Teambrain approach with different countries / departments / access rights and custom visualizations needed. FYI i had already made a post about it in 2013. On my side i posted recently about what i name "layers" (tags auto filtering) and it seems that i am not the only one to have similar needs. On your side, you seem to have a need that hasn't been satisified but everybody has its owm use of TheBrain. Hello can understand your frustration as for your personal use but i can also testifiy on my side that there has been huuuugggee improvements.
